Joel Thomson

Joel Thomson is the Creative Director – Digital at the creative company Mojo Sydney / Melbourne.

Joel joined Mojo from the UK digital agency LBI. Joel's experience has been built working internationally with clients in the UK, Europe, USA and for the last four years in Australia.

Since 2006 Joel has played a significant role in shaping the Mojo creative product. In that time, he has worked with clients including Cadbury, Nestle, Nike, Coke, and most recently Virgin Mobile. Recent industry awards include Cannes, MADC, IAB and MIXX. He regularly speaks at conferences and events including AD:TECH and the Digital Marketing and Media Summit.

Joel's current focus is in the development of branded content strategy, creative and production. As a member of the leadership team, Joel helps steward and extend the Mojo brand in this new frontier; applying creative originality and business impact to new marketing activity; evidence of this can be seen in the ongoing success of "The Adventures of Freddo", game changing creative and connection strategy for Cadbury marketing.
